REFLECTION

1. You are going to do some tests. Every test has its own description.

• Traits
• Capacities
• What is important to you?
• Careers

2. After every test you fill out the collective form.

Fill out the form with the test results. You have to give the following information:

• Your five most distinctive traits;
• Your strong and weak points;
• Five aspects you consider important in your future career;
• What jobs/careers appeal most to you at this point in time.

3. The next assignment will be in a group of four. You will get cards with twelve jobs/careers and cards with traits or capacities. With your group you are going to match the right traits/capacities with the right careers. This will help you see what traits you need for a certain job.

4. Last but not least, you are going to give each other advice. Give every student in your group of four a piece of advice and write this on his/her form. Of course you have to explain why a certain job would suit someone.
