Step 1First a group will be composed together with your supervisor. The group will consist of 4 to 6 students.
Step 2
Make a plan of action and as a group read the assignment and the requirements the trip must meet. Add every element to your plan of action. Fill out the rest of the table in the plan of action. Make sure you are attentive when filling this out. If you do so, the odds are that everyone gets a task best suited to his or her tastes. On top of that, you can make sure that everyone has approximately the same work load!
Step 3
Have your supervisor approve of your plan.
After that, you can start executing your plan.
Step 4
Check your plan of action at the start of each class. Tell each other what you have done concerning your part of the task. Adjust the plan if necessary.
Step 5
Your supervisor will check up on your progress. He will ask for your plan of action and discuss your progress with you. Always have this plan with you!
Step 6
Make sure you have finished when you have to present your plan. Ask your supervisor for the date.
