In the guide "Your Choice, stuyding in higher education" (Jouw Keuze, studeren aan een hogeschool) you will find a overview of all the HBO-studies you can do in the Netherlands. This will be the starting point of your research.
Make use of the form Research HBO. in your research. On this form there is also a group assignment! Your teacher will make sure that you are working together and that you can make and process your assignments.
- In the second part of this assignment you will contact an HBO-student and set
up a meeting for an interview. You can conduct your interview at the school, but
you can also choose to meet somewhere else. However, you have to conduct the
interview on location. This means interviews via telephone, Ping, Whatsapp, Skype,
Facebook, etc. are not allowed. To prepare for the interview you can use the instructing
for conducting an interview as you did last year. Write a small report of the interview
using the form Interview with HBO-student.
The teacher will provide instruction on the requirements of the interview questions.

- For the last part of this assignment you have visited at least two open days.
You already looked up when the open days take place. Write down these dates in your
diary. Also look beforehand if you have to sign up. Write a short report of your
visit using the form Report open day HBO.
Note: When you still have no idea what study to do after you have graduated, this assignment will be a bit more difficult. However, note that waiting till you get an idea does not help. You will have to search actively. So, visit open days, do student-for-a-day programs and listen to your fellow students. Definitely discuss your problems with your teacher so he/she can support you with extra material.
