Point of improvement
In a class discussion (brainstorm session) you will come up with several points of
improvement. These ideas will all be written down. Afterwards, people can explain their ideas further.
After this discussion the points of improvement will be divided among the different groups. The number of students (two-four) in each group will be determined by your teacher and is dependent on the size of the project.
In this webquest it is very important to work in a structured manner. You will first have to get a clear picture of what you want to do (plan of improvement). From this you can make a plan of action. You will incorporate our plan of improvement into a report that you will hand to responsible person in the institution. In the report you will also outline the costs of the project. You will calculate these costs in a budget estimate.
Lastly, you will incorporate your findings in a presentation that you before your fellow students and the responsible person from the institution. Hopefully you will convince this person to follow your plan of improvement if budget is available.
You will hand in the following sections of your project in to your teacher. Also save them in your project file.
