You will be informed about the "upper cycle" during lessons . You will also have to look up information on the internet or ask older students or teachers.

When you have collected all information, you should have sound knowledge about the upper cycle. Together with your group you are going to present the information you have found for your parents at the parents' evening.

It is even more important that after your search you will be able to make a well-educated choice for yourself. Which subject cluster and optional subjects suit you the most, taking into consideration your wishes for the future?

Finally you are going to prepare on information evening about the upper cycle with your group. Your parents will be invited to come to this evening.

You are going to prepare the following subjects:

• The general subjects;
• The CM subject cluster: subjects, continuation schooling and professions;
• The EM subject cluster: subjects, continuation schooling and professions;
• The NG subject cluster: subjects, continuation schooling and professions;
• The NT subject cluster: subjects, continuation schooling and professions;
• The optional subjects;
• The KWT
• The PTA and study planners;
• Practical assignments and final paper

Every group chooses one or two subjects from this list. You are going to present this subject or these subjects. Consult your teacher about the way of presenting, so that there will be some variety in the various presentations. In addition to the presentation you are going to summarise the information on a A4 sheet. These will be bundled and given to the parents during the information evening.
