This webquest aims at making you familiar with the first principles of 'Doing Research'.
Conducting research is a skill you will often encounter in your further studies. An
important aim of this webquest is to teach you to use your knowledge from other
(profile) courses in real life situations.
Maybe 'research' makes you think about beta subjects. Experiments during physics or chemistry classes are nice examples of small research. However, 'doing research' also happens in other fields of study. You will read more on this subject below the 'sources' heading. Whatever profile you chose, there is always an appropriate research question to formulate.
It is possible you will research a subject for which you need materials or tools that are not available at school. You then have to contact other organisations were these materials or tools are available.
