In this webquest it will be very important to have a well-structured plan. First, you and your group should think about all aspects of organising the event. This plan will form the basis for the rest of your assignment.
It is customary for an event to have a complete scenario of how the event is going to be.
A plan of action and a budget estimate are part of this scenario.
Use a list of actions & decisions to outline all the conversations and meetings you will have to have for this project. These meetings can be with people from within, but also from outside the school.
As a group, hand in all parts of the project with your teacher and save them in your project file.
